Bake your cupcakes. Ice the cupcakes in chocolate frosting. Pipe a head of chocolate forsting on and stick a candy corn in the head for a beak. Then pipe two white frosting dots for eyes and then two black dots for the pupils. Stick 4 candy corns in the back for feathers. Sprinkle black sprinkles in front of the candy corn.
